This service is able to upload, process via OCR and import various file types including JPG, TIFF, PDF, BMP, as well as typical Office file types.
The unique selling point of this service is that our OCR engine can simultaneously scan handwritten content and printed text in one pass using an AI (Artificial Intelligence) Engine for industry leading accuracy. For bulk upload, or individual files, the scanned file and extracted text can then be uploaded into SharePoint Online or SharePoint on-premise. This extracted text is then indexed by SharePoint, meaning these previously “flat” images and documents are now searchable and in a secure repository.
